Well, cancel those little Crêpe Myrtles that we'd planted along side the shop. They have already been replaced with little CedarTrees. When we took out those three big bushes at the road this week there were a ton of nice cedars growing beneath a couple of them. The tiny trees are about 18 inches high and with the expected rain I'm sure they will do nicely.
I think Danny likes them better because they are green and he can see them. The Crêpe Myrtles lost their leaves as they usually do, regardless of size...the 1 foot high versions looked like sticks to him. Hey, whatever makes him happy! :) I guess the Cedars are better windbreaks anyway, so it's all good!
