I have neglected this too long. This week I am adding the PayPal Add To Cart buttons to the LadieAnn Toboggans Plus store.
Weebly hosts this store for me. For the most part I am very satisfied. But when it comes to providing eCommerce options they are still lacking. You get the option to choose between Google Checkout and PayPal, selecting one to be an automatic feature for each item you post. But I want BOTH!
Based on customer experience at Eccentric Thrifter store I have people who use both Google and PayPal to handle their payments. Plus international buyers cannot use Google for checking out of a US store.
In order to accomplish what I need I have to add the PayPal button manually to each item showing in my store. No, I don't go back and forth to PayPal and create a button. I use copy and paste from the first posting and change the name of the item, the item number and the cost of the item. Simple, but still tedious and time-consuming, although not as much as if I were to go to PayPal and create each one separately.
But it works and I'm pleased to be able to offer a choice to my customers.
