I have nothing but praise today. The medications that Daddy is now on has changed so much for him. His pain is not bothering him nearly like it was. Although the tiredness is constant he's able to get out of bed a little more and seems to be moving a bit easier. I can't tell you how thrilling it is to see him smile and think about something besides when God will call him home.
He's hopeful to be able to get on the golf cart for a while this coming weekend when Melissa will be home. Friends will be over to help gather Daddy's beloved grapes. I told him he can be supervisor! We don't know how long he'll be able to stay out there, but he's looking forward to trying!
Mom and I went to pick up prescriptions yesterday and were able to get some good Italian food while out. Not far away was a hair salon that took walk-ins so after lunch she got a haircut which was terrific for her spirit. And next door to that was a nail salon so next I knew we had our feet in soothing waters! She had a great day and I did too!
So nothing but Praise to the One who Blesses us with All. Thank you, God!
