Yesterday I finally changed my Country Lane website over to the new format. I'm using the WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) program. Yes, that's the name. At this point I don't have too many pages on the site at all. I wanted to make sure that it worked before I ended up working with 100 files. It is a lot of work to maintain a site with all those links going back and forth.
Today I have a dentist appointment. I was suppose to go in March. This has not been a good year with my shoulder so I waited until that was over with. Now I need to hurry and go before my pinched neck gets worse. I had my hair done the other day and it was awful trying to lay back and get my hair washed. I had to keep lifting my head up and letting my arm stop shooting pins through me!
I'm almost finished with my Christmas shopping. I'm down to all those difficult parents who already have everything. And any "work" gifts I decide to do, which shouldn't be hard.
Yesterday I put up a 2nd Christmas tree in the dining room. It was Mom's old one. We were suppose to get it last year, but that didn't happen. We'll see how this goes. I have always wanted to try a few experiments and this is my chance to do a theme tree.
Work is going well. We're getting ready for our "Live Nativity" performances on Dec. 16. They give 4 shows, each about 30 minutes long with adults and children actors outside with real animals (including a camel). Not sure if I'm required to go or not. I don't want to set a trend if I can help it. Daytime work is enough for me.
Well, time to go tackle the day. It's a little after 7am and we've decided to go do our errands before my mid-day appointment and then come home and work, rather than vice-versa. You have a good day too! ~ LJ
