It's finally here! Spring is in the air. You can see it blowing everywhere. Millions of tiny seed helicopters falling, petals from early blooms snowing all over.
We've been working to get the greenhouse and garden beds done and I have just finished planting lettuce seeds. I don't expect them to come up, but since I'd saved them a long time, but I thought, "Why not try?"

You can see the bed on the side of the greenhouse with new black dirt and mixed mulch compost. It goes around the back side too. We have nothing between the buildings right now. I may move my 8 hosta plants there; it's nice and shady -- they cooked in the sun last year after we moved the pool.
