Yesterday we had to stop by the boat at West Neck Marina. Yep, it’s still there. Dan was looking for Dewey; for some reason Dewey wasn’t to be found (very odd). So we drove around to the back side of the marina to see if we might spot him working on something.
So I was able to confirm that even though we’ve had this boat for some time, and so far it’s never left the dock, it’s a fact that it’s still there. I was starting to think it was a mirage.It looks really good. Now that Danny is not working any more he’s chomping at the bit for warm weather to get here so he can get our little Wind Dancer in top condition and maybe, just maybe take her for a spin!
This boat used to be named the Elixir and was owned by Christopher Newport College in Newport News.
