A Piece of Skein

If it weren't for doctor appointments I'd probably never get anything done. I accompanied Mom several times recently and got motivated to start a small project. I hate just sitting in a waiting room.

I went to my large book shelf that contains 90% of my yarn stock, hoping something would jump off the shelf at me. Finally my eyes lit on a little piece of skein of yarn in lovely variegated baby colors. Why not?

So that's what I'm working on. I'm adding the ear flaps on this one too. I just hope I estimate my yarn correctly before it runs out. It's always hard to guess when to stop in order to have enough to finish the details.
