I'm sure you have waited for some photos from Daddy's birthday. So I've added a small slideshow to the sidebar (the only way to get them here). He seemed to really enjoy himself and his cake had a big ol' candle on it with some cherries on top (he loves the cherries).
Now as for the home front I have a couple of animals to show you:
This is our crazy kitty, sleeping with his head stuck inside Danny's slipper. It seems to be a favorite place to snooze when we're watching TV in the living room. We keep telling him there are better choices. Go figure!
Talk about having a fur child. Here's Abby in her new little toddler's cotton T-shirt. She loves it! We got it because it's much softer and lighter for her in the house than the sweaters I've made for her. She still has skin issues and is itching a lot. Having something on keeps her from tearing her skin with her nails. And Yes, we got it from the thrift store. For the record it's size 6T.
Danny is still dealing with his residual cold effects. He's missed church for the last two weeks so he missed the choir today when we belted out a song that stopped the congregation cold back in October. At that time we plowed painfully through one verse before the pastor stopped and changed to Amazing Grace. Seems only a handful of people ever remembered singing that song before. I didn't want it to slide by so the Choir did it today. I hope we can let the congregation have a go at it again soon, now that they've heard what it's supposed to be. You can hear it for yourself - catchy tune!
I'm working on so many things right now. Got Easter music to plan out for church. I'm working on my store (always) and running two online communities, which I enjoy immensely. Plus I have a boat load of cassette tapes to go through now that I've got the cassette player hooked up to the computer. I hope to upload the contents and create usable CDs... at least that's the plan.
Well, my drinkypoo is watering down with the ice melting so I'll say Good Night! I love hearing comments so don't be shy!
