Crochet Cross-Stitch Cowl

I just watched this video. It looks so easy to do it becomes one of those "why didn't I think of that" moments. Something so simple as placement of one thing can change the look of everything, can't it? You may already know of the Cross-Stitch stitch. I hadn't heard of it before, but I'm definitely going to try my hand at it in my next project!
