Plenty Plants

The weather's is nice now, especially now that the heavy rains have finished. The rain has really been making things grow. You can almost hear the grass growing.

I noticed something brown in the yard and it turned out being some root growth from a Wisteria I once planted had. We usually don't notice because we keep the grass cut, but guess it's still growing after all. Too bad I don't want any growing there now.

I also have some Autumn Joy Sedum that's been creating new babies all over so I have too many now. This photo started as one plant that's increased to this nice round shape.

The picture below shows some of the small babies popping up. They're at a good size to move now. In the lower right corner you can see new bloom heads growing on a larger baby. Sedums are succulents so think 'low maintenance.' I have these planted in a rock bed.

They bloom pink in the fall for nice fill-in color. Silver Slipper Butterflies love them.

Please let me know if you want some of either of these plants!
