Retired

Beautiful day, great start to the rest of our lives. Dan's retired last Wednesday and is enjoying his first week at home. Hard to believe he doesn't have to get up at the crack of dawn anymore. After a while he'll find another job or we'll invent something to keep us busy and a have a little more money flow. But right now it's just a super time! He's finally got time to get all those little projects caught up; the first thing we did was empty some of the kitchen cabinets and install extra shelves. This is already having a big impact on everyday life. It's a start. We'll do some of these indoor projects until it gets warm, then it's off to finish up working on the boat. We're definately looking forward to rewarding ourselves with a terrific boat ride this summer!
