Well, what do you think? Melissa said those Mardi Gras masks are weird looking and kind of scary. They are really neat, in person, if you will. But they won't be around much longer. I have already received an opening bid on eBay and even if it doesn't go any higher I'll make money on the deal. I found them on a bottom shelf at a thrift store. Cool huh?! One of the guys working was familliar with New Orleans and told me they were pretty collectible; the price was right so I went for it.
Melissa is home now. She got in this afternoon. We went to Happy Hour for a while. I didn't stay long; I started feeling poorly. After she came home we sat out in the buiding doing computer stuff. She was surprised to say the least that I have signed up for a MySpace page. She wrote me my first comment! Basically that she can't believe I have a MySpace. She showed me some photos that she and Rob have taken on some of their camping/hiking trips. Cool to finally see some pictures. I mean I've only been asking for about 4 years.
Dan didn't go to Happy Hour this evening. He stayed home and watched TV in bed. He's still trying to get over that cold. He cut the grass today and yesterday evening and I think it sort of took the starch out of him.
I'm about out of starch myself now. It's way past my bedtime. So I'll say "good night!" ~ LJ
