Went to Dr Palmisano's today. Took documents for him to resubmit my Celebrex authorization papers to insurance. Also got a note to break the Contours Express contract. My joints are just getting too 'loose.'
Found out Contours is closing. Guess it's a good thing I've got my paperwork in already. Seems the 24/7 exercise studio that opened 3 doors down is putting CE out of business. It's a shame because it's really a nice place. I'm surprised that the loyalty is not there. If it wasn't for my hips and joints I'd still be going. I liked it a lot. Didn't make me feel bad for being overweight and I'm sure the other place costs more.
I've been working on a couple of other web sites. I've started a Gardening Journal on one site; since this is going to be my first real greenhouse experience I want to keep a record of it. I've actually got a water supply in the greenhouse now! That's a first for sure! Anyway, I want to document my 2008 growing season.
I used to keep a gardening journal many years ago. It's fun to look back and see what I did when, if I planted something that worked or was a bust.
I've missed gardening a lot because of my hips and other joints falling apart and hurting. With the greenhouse up here by the deck I work outside a while then when I have to sit down I come work on my computer (usually looking for job ads). I love having my greenhouse up here and it looks real nice, I think.
Since we don't have a hot-tub yet I'm going to go ahead with plans to incorporate an herb and flower garden within the "circle." The circle is the area left from when we took down the swimming pool. Dan's instructed me to make a list of plants that we want so he can get them from work. Some of our herbs were annuals and need to be replaced.
Well, I gotta go back out and pull up a couple more weeds.
PS. The hummingbirds are back so get those feeders out!!!
