This past week I added a couple of very different scarves to my Eccentric Thrifter store. They are made with acrylic yarn so they’re washable.
This is really a super nice scarf. It was created using a flat-sided loom so the design is like a herringbone pattern. Double-strands make it really nice and thick, as does the fact that it is double sided, but meshed together into one. I really like this one. It really turned out exceptionally well. Measures 55.5 inches long with 3 inch fringe on each end and 5 inches wide.
With such a lovely shade of lavender, this crocheted scarf will look great on anyone. I didn’t have a lot of yarn so I tried to make it more open. It looks very feminine and rather lacy on the edges. I thickened the border so it was give that wavy appearance. It’s only 44.5 x 5.5 inches so it’s great for tucking under a coat without the bulk.
