I guess I'm pretty lucky with my job being so boring. I have lots of time to work on my crocheting. Last week I did this really cool hat in dark blue and white. I'm thinking whether or not to pull some out and redo the bottom white parts a little higher up or not. I learned long ago, you just don't sit and bemoan the fact that you have to redo something. It's easier to just go ahead and start pulling it out. It sucks sometimes, when you have gone a long way past an error, but you know in your heart if you don't make it right it will always nag at you.
Today I finished working on my turquoise short scarf.

I don't like a whole lot of stuff crammed inside my coat or wrapped in multiple layers around my neck. So I like my scarves shorter than what seems to be in style right now. This one comes to just below my waist when around my neck. Perfect for crossing over to keep the chilly winds from seeping inside my coat to my chest area. Plus it's just right for putting over your head without a lot of bulk.
I have some turquoise left over so I've already started a matching hat. I'll probably incorporate some white in the hat in case I run short of the blue. This yarn pulled out from the center so it's kind of hard to tell exactly how much is left. The hat is coming along nicely, thank you.
