In the interest of keeping busy I grabbed a half skein of yarn and crocheted this bright red hat.
It's more for a small headed adult as it's just a bit snug. I can get it on my average adult size head and I guess in a stiff wind it would be a blessing. I've pictured it here with a turned up brim, but it can be done however makes you happy.
Like green, my first 'hate to photograph' color, because it never shows true, the red is showing up a little bit orange tinted.... but it's a really nice bright red without going overboard.
