Yes, Yes, Yes

See, I told you I'd get something done this week during Hubster's doc appointment. It never fails...I get lots done when I'm in waiting rooms.

I finally got the red sparkly hat finished this past week. I ended up adding a scalloped border along the edge. Because this hat is a little on the long side the sweet edging looks nice if it's left down around your face or if it's turned up in a brim (shown in photo).

It looks like I have enough red left over to maybe create one of those cowl style neck scarves that slip over your head. This yarn is a thin strand instead of those fat ones I'm used to, so it may have to be done with a tighter stitch to make it effective. That may require more yarn than I have, but I'm no good at guess-timating so I guess it'll be a test by fire.

I also finished off another washcloth in the beige series and started my first using the new white cotton. I like the crisp look of the lighter color. It'll be easier to see the stitches too!
