Improvision

I made this cute little hat and can just picture it in my mind, seeing it on the head of a sweet cherub-faced little girl. My problem is how to photograph it because I don't have a child-size anything to work with.

I saw where someone had used what appeared to be a wine glass under a hat once. I have wine glasses, but thought a wine glass with a child hat might be a little extreme. So I came up with a little bitty basket of flowers I'd once given my grandmother many years ago.

It's a stretch, I know, but somehow I think that the flowers stand in for hair. Do you think this work well enough or should I keep looking for something else?
