Turning Out Washcloths

I don't know why I got out of the mood to make afghan lap rugs. Makes no sense. This was absolutely the best time to do so since we had snow and it was cold. But I changed and started working on crocheted wash cloths. They are good for dishes and faces, but not for warming your lap.

Mom had given me all the cotton she had never used (and wasn't planning to) so I started turning them out. I'd never noticed before, but some balls have 2.0 ounces and some have 2.5 ounces. I have more leftover with the larger ones so I started using that to make Scrunchies.

It's so crazy, but I find a lot of lost coated black hair bands in parking lots. I made the Scrunchie ring on the right while Hubster made another stop during errands after finding a hair band at the previous stop.
