I also finished up several more hats for donation to cancer patients. I made a few hair scrunchies using left over cotton from all the wash cloths I've been turning out. I have made a baby blanket, but I'm not sure if I might end up taking it apart and making hats for donation with that too. It's really soft yarn.
The ladies in the BBC Crochet Club are working on hats now. It's my hope that each member will make 10 hats... wouldn't that be a great goal amount to donate? We have such an awesome time at our meetings. I think everyone should find a local group to crochet or knit with because it's so relaxing and so fun. It's nice to do at home, but there's just something about the camaraderie you get. There's no president or dues, just good stories and ideas for projects to share and a willingness among the participants to help each other out. I love it!
