Busy, Busy, Busy

It seems like it's just been so busy lately. I haven't even had much time to get my ebay listings ready. Here it is 9pm on Saturday night. I've just posted one for a couple of Taste of Home Quick Cooking recipe books and I've gotten 4 ready to post tomorrow. I think about 12 of them went off today or at least it seems like it! It's a never ending cycle.

I was called for 2 different job interviews this week. The first is for a receptionist job with a technology company that installs phone systems and computers. As much as I'd love working in a place like that (wow! what I could learn) I'm afraid it would be too far and too long a day.

The 2nd job is miraculously practically around the corner from here, being about a mile before you get to Centerville on our end. That's with a horse vet who has his business out of his home. That's part time doing data input. Now that is just what the doctor ordered! The interview for that is Monday morning. And another plus, it's casual dress...you know I like that!!

Yesterday I called and went to see my doctor about this lingering cough. I'm afraid if it's still bugging me by May 7 I won't be able to get the epidural for the pinched nerve in my neck. No way am I going to take a chance on getting paralyzed by coughing while she's working on me! This extra round of medicine will do the trick!

Today saw the promise of a dream come true. The rock garden has been installed and my little water feature is gushing away nicely. It's just too cool! Now let a weed poke his little head up and see if it doesn't go away a nub!

Danny and I went yard saling this morning, We went to a community sale that was hardly worth driving down for. We have more in our garage than that whole community had for sale! Up Blackwater Loop there was a sale where Dan made a killing on some tools. I take it the guy died and his cousin was getting rid of stuff as fast as possible. His loss was our gain. I know Dan got one thing worth $200 for $10. Way to go, Dan!
I've got a way to go too; my bed, pjs and remote are calling me!
