Well, what do you know? It actually snowed! It was weird though. When we woke up this morning the front yard was covered and there was nothing in the back. Later it would flurry while the sun was shining so bright.
I spent all day working on the websites again. I finally tackled the genealogy site which was the biggest. I had to redo a new index page and associate all the other pages back to it. And of course, when you redo anything you have to tweak it a little. One thing leads to another. It gets away from you.
Lindsey spent all day working on making a calendar program for her work. She likes for me to sit while she teaches me, but when my head starts swimming I have to go back out to my office. She's a good teacher but she assumes that I know the basics and I am sadly lacking in some of those. Apparently most people know a lot about tables and it's hard for her to remember, "When would I ever use a table?" I'm talking basic.
I went out church about 11 and met Adabelle. We put the presentation labels that I made into the new Bibles. At least it's done in time for Easter.
Last Sunday I went to Sunday School. I am not sure if I'll get there this week or not; I'm sure I'll go to the 11am service. I'm thinking I need to get back to normals in my life and normal was always Sunday School at 10 and Worship at 11. Besides I like the traditional music more than contemporary. After all, I've been singing and leading it all my life. I wish I'd asked about playing the keyboard for prelude and offering. I had practiced using the organ voices and it was really nice. Maybe next year.
I feel bad about Easter in a way. I usually try to get the "kids" something and with Melissa not being here and Lindsey not wanting any candy AT ALL, it got left to the wayside. I did manage to get cards for them. I hope I didn't mail Melissa's too late, having missed the mail on the first day. Oh well, it'll get there.
Dan went to Stanley's today and worked on getting the transmission out of the Explorer. I'm just hoping it was something simple and cheap. Wishful thinking?!
Goodness, almost 7pm and the day is still bright! I better go. I'm turning into a pumpkin out here!
