It's been a pretty good week. Melissa headed off to Kenya on Monday. I got an email from her this morning saying they had arrived safe and sound. I've put a clock on my website but my server must be having problems: I can't load anything yet.
Today I go to work for the vet. I'll leave in about 15 minutes to get there by 9am. I love doing computer work and enjoy learning new stuff so I'm feeling pretty good about going. A little nervous, but I'm sure it'll all be good. Wearing jeans is a good step towards being less uptight, for sure. I'm suppose to be there about 4 hours, but I'm sure that could change.
My upper back and shoulder are still bothering me some this morning from where I had the shots done Monday morning. I was surprised at how much it's been bothering me. We stopped by the thrift store yesterday after going to the post office. I finally had to get Danny to help me look at things, especially those on the bottom shelves. What a life!
I hear the birds are having a fit and I am pretty sure I just saw Kitty go by so I better go put him inside. I'm sure he's prowling and the source of all that racket. I think a mockingbird has a nest in the holly bush beside the building and house. I hear babies squeaking in there too.
