Crack of Dawn

Right now it's 25 til 6am. I've been up since 5. Dan slept in a while but is now showering while I'm in the office. We're getting ready to leave for church by 7. That's pretty early to go to church, but on the bright side there's very little traffic. I think it's gotten to be a nice quiet time ride. I know Danny isn't thrilled about it...going to a church that far away. He only goes for my sake. I don't like going there alone, being in the building alone. There are way too many doors and I'm not familiar with everyone. How would I know if 'the ax murderer' showed up and I thought it was a good guy coming to church? Anyway Dan is my knight in shining armor and goes to make me feel secure. He's gotten so he brings a book and makes the best of the quiet time he has.

Yesterday we went over to the shop where the boys had congregated for a burger. I was able to muster up some helpful movers who soon came over to our house and helped get Lindsey's piano into the back of Bro's truck. He and Daddy drove that truck while Danny and I came in our Explorer which held Lindsey's dining room table that Danny had finished refinishing. Lindsey's dad met us at her house and helped get everything unloaded. That's all the big stuff. We packed up all her little Otagari houses - they are so cute. Until we get the glass from Big Mama's house where the cabinet had been stored after purchase, Lindsey has all the houses in her kitchen cabinets. She has no food, just houses...a lot of houses in a lot of sizes. I can't wait to see them displayed in the cabinet.

Tomorrow is Lindsey's 24th birthday. We're doing the birthday thing today after we get home from church. Melissa and Rob are coming down for a few hours too. It'll be great!
