Melissa called last night. I could tell she was excited. Then she wanted me to guess what they'd done that day. I guessed but didn't guess. She and Rob bought their wedding rings! Try as she might to describe them, I'll do better to actually see them. I gather they are really pretty and hers has a vintage look that goes well with her engagement ring. I'm really happy for them both!
I forgot to tell you about our other snake. The other day Dan and I walked up to the road to get the 2 garbage cans in. I happened to see a black snake, about head high, going up the side of one of the 3 pine trees. He was a really long one. I decided to try my luck and threw a pine cone at him. I couldn't hit a bull in the ass with a broom. Dan laughed at me. All the while the snake is going higher, higher. At about 15 feet I did touch him with my pine cone projectile. He moved quickly even higher. Dan then decides he's going to show me how it's done and with a rock, no less, which is smaller than the pine cone. He missed. I laughed. We left. I don't walk under the pine trees now.
I'm getting ready to move a few things around on my blog site. So heads up! Also going to change the puzzle at the bottom, hopefully I'll do that about once a week. I do puzzles at work. On the site you can actually get off the Internet and complete your puzzle without being online. Feedback would be good.
I've also put on a little messenger; if you see I'm online, highlight the guest name and type me a note. I'm dying to see how it works! I know I love the program on my computer. It tells me when stuff is happening on Facebook and MySpace as well as other things about folks in my list. Little pop-ups that I can write in without opening the whole shebang!
